The Associate Director, Leadership Development will work with clients (districts, states, universities, non-profits) around the United States to design and implement locally responsive and customized leadership development solutions rooted in our proven model and expertise.

The Designer and Facilitator is responsible for designing, developing and delivering highly effective professional development for all of NYC Leadership Academy’s programs. This position will also be a lead member of design and delivery teams charged with generating innovative solutions to evolving challenges while building the capacity of clients (typically districts, states and non-profits) to deliver effective school leadership development. The Designer and Facilitator will support project planning, lead/participate in the development of context-driven client solutions, and be active in oversight of the quality of delivery of multiple consulting projects.  

The NYC Leadership Academy (NYCLA) is seeking an experienced and a talented development executive to serve as the Associate Vice President of Fund Development, who is the day-to-day strategy lead and relationship manager for the organization’s national fundraising efforts. The Associate Vice President of Fund Development is responsible for conceptualizing, crafting, and conveying – to a variety of public and private sector funders – NYCLA’s strategic and operational funding priorities and will develop and implement successful fundraising strategies that are part of a long-term fundraising plan to aggressively grow and diversify NYCLA’s funding streams.

Assisting and reporting to the Director of IT, the Technology Specialist – will act as a first responder for Desktop, Mobile Device and Web Conference Support, be primary contact for network and mobile device troubleshooting and managing a variety of technical issues.

The Curriculum Specialist will report to the service area leads.  With a minimum amount of supervision, he/she will support all aspects of the program including the design and delivery of curriculum.
