Current Principals

The NYC Leadership Academy now offers all New York City public school principals a menu of customized coaching services, including 1:1 coaching, group coaching, coaching for school based leadership teams, guided learning walks, technical assistance sessions with specialists and team retreats. These services are designed and delivered by the Leadership Academy’s coaching staff, a dynamic team of former school leaders who combine instructional expertise and current system knowledge.
