91% of participants in our Rhode Island Turnaround Leaders Program (TLP) who responded to a 2014 survey reported satisfaction with the coaching support. Respondents generally felt that their coach was able to push their thinking, that their coach was committed and responsive, and that the coaching relationship was built on trust. The vast majority of participants agreed that coaching positively impacted their leadership practice and improved their ability to develop the capacity of others.
In our 2014 NYC coaching feedback survey, nearly all (99%) of principals were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with their coaching. Participants also provided feedback on the impact of coaching in specific areas:
