Pamela Ferner, who joined the Leadership Academy in 2004, is currently the Executive Vice President of National Initiatives. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s national school leadership consulting work with other school districts, state education departments and nonprofits. Her prior experience includes leadership positions in higher education and strategic planning at the College of Wooster, University of Rochester, and Baruch College, CUNY. She holds a MSED in Higher Education Administration from the City University of New York.
