From the 7 train, exit near intersection of 45th Rd and 23rd St. Go East on 45th Road towards Pearson Street. Turn left onto Jackson Ave (Rt-25a). Turn right onto Court Square.
From the G, use Anable & Jackson Avenue exit. Walk straight ahead on Court Square (building will be on the right).
From the E/V, follow signs towards the G. Follow the above G train exit directions.

Take exit 35 for I-495/L I Expressway toward Midtown Tunnel/Eastern L I/48 St

Turn Left onto Court Square
From the Bronx
Take New England Thruway/I-95 S ramp on the left to George Washington Bridge
Merge onto I-95 S
Take the exit onto I-678 S toward Whitestone Bridge partial toll road
Take exit 12B for LI Expressway/I-495 W toward Midtown Tunnel
Merge onto I-495 W/Long Island Expressway
