At the NYC Leadership Academy, our top priority is to impact adults, and ultimately the students we serve. Claire McIntee, NYCLA’s Senior Vice President of Programs, and Chris Aguirre, a NYCLA graduate, were spotlighted in a thoughtful piece by Regina Paul, the President of Policy Studies in Education. Regina speaks about the importance of having great principals and uses her personal experiences with Claire and Chris to differentiate seven characteristics of a great principal.
