December 5th is the first day of a 2-day convening of national leaders in education, led by the Bush Institute and NYC Leadership Academy, to inform the development of the Institute’s Residency Design Initiative. NYCLA is working with our fellow members of the AREL Network, all innovators in the field of principal preparation, to develop models for aspiring principal residencies around the country.
