Over the past two years, the NYC Leadership Academy has developed and launched a blended learning platform and tools that have allowed us to enhance our service offerings. Led by Rachel Scott, Senior Director of Learning Systems, NYCLA’s blended learning approach combines online tools with face-to-face learning experiences as a cost-effective and accessible option for our clients to support both aspiring and sitting leaders.
Rachel authored an article in the National Association of Secondary School Principals’ monthly publication, Principal Leadership Magazine. The article highlights the benefits of blended learning, outlines five essential characteristics of online learning, and explains how NYCLA is assessing the efficacy of our online work.
