Developing Competencies and Dispositions to Lead for Equity

It takes strong leadership to dismantle inequities in schools. This work requires that leaders learn to be equity-focused, anti-bias, and equity-competent. We help leaders develop skills and behaviors for working with their teams to intentionally identify and address inequities, from reflecting on their own biases to talking about them publicly to creating structures for undoing systemic inequities.
