Leadership Circle Profile, a 360-degree assessment, to ensure our coaching is focused on what matters most
and will garner faster results. The 360-degree data drives the coaching plans we co-develop with leaders and focuses on systems-thinking and one of four highleverage areas: mobilizing others; managing ambiguity and dynamic tensions; continuous improvement of system, team and self; and maximizing resources to advance equity and excellence.
